LPS Brasil has a Buyback Program, according to Material Facts published in August 20, 2021 and November 26, 2021.
The shares acquired under the Payback Program may be used to future sales, cancellation, remain in treasury or to cover the payment of profit sharing as set out in the colletive agreement, or to cover stock option plans.
The resources existing in the Company’s capital reserves will be used, in the profit account for the current year and in the profit reserve that may be observed during the term of the Buyback Program.
