In 2010, we carried out our first follow-on on the then BM&FBovespa and raised R$207 million. The proceeds were used to finance the expansion of our business through acquisitions of other real estate companies.
We intensified our acquisition strategy on real estate companies focused in the secondary Market and we ended the decade present in 10 states and the Federal District.
In 2016, the operation of Rede Lopes began, our franchise segment operating in both the primary and secondary markets. Rede Lopes closed the decade with 88 stores in 9 Brazilian states (plus the Federal District)..
In October 2019, we carried out the second follow-on of LPS Brasil at B3, in the amount of R$ 147 million, whose funds raised focus on the Company’s digital transformation.
Lopes continues to focus on digitization and innovation along with its tradition and experience with real estate intermediation. Since 2019, visits to Portal Lopes have grown more than 8 times and the number of leads generated has also increased, growing more than 26 times since the beginning of 2019.
The decade is also being marked by the expansion of franchises. Currently, Rede Lopes has 186 stores which, in addition to the own operations stores, are present in 26 Brazilian states (in addition to the Federal District). The size of Rede Lopes has more than doubled since the end of 2020, reaching an annual GSV base of more than R$ 6.4 billion in 2023.
