Sponsored by the Empresa Brasileira de Estudos de Patrimônio – EMBRAESP and by the newspaper “O Estado de São Paulo”, it is considered the main award of the Brazilian real estate industry. Lopes remains the winner, with the highest PSV launched, since its first edition in 1993.
ABF STAMP
Stamp of Excellence in Franchising (SEF) is an important recognition granted to franchises by the ABF (Brazilian Franchising Association) based on the results of surveys carried out with the brand’s franchisees. Lopes had the seal’s approval for the second consecutive year.
TOP OF MIND IBOPE
In a survey carried out in the second half of 2012 in São Paulo, IBOPE Inteligência revealed that 9 out of 10 residents of the city know the Lopes brand, and that 96% of them would consider the brand when buying a property.
ÉPOCA BUSINESS 360º
In the 2013 and 2014 yearbook of Época Negócios 360°, which evaluates the 250 best companies in Brazil, Lopes stood out as one of the 50 Best in Future Vision and Human Resources Practices.
In 2015, Lopes was also awarded as one of the largest companies in the service sector in Brazil.
RANKING VALUE 1000
Lopes was listed by the newspaper “Valor Econômico” among the 1000 largest business groups in Brazil in 2012, 2013 and 2014.
PERFORMANCE AWARD
Lopes received the “Performance Award”, in the years 1999 to 2011, equally sponsored by EMBRAESP and by the newspaper “O Estado de São Paulo”, which ranks the best selling company in the real estate market. The evaluation criterion is to achieve excellence in all aspects, that is, number of launches, number of units, total area launched and total product launched.
IG/INSPER AWARD
The iG / Insper Award, held in 2012, elected the most important deals of the year, and through its aggressive M&A strategy, expanding its business to several regions of Brazil, Lopes was considered the largest real estate brokerage and consulting company in the world. PREMIO MASTER IMOBILIÁRIO
Award granted by the São Paulo Housing Union (Secovi-SP) and by the International Federation of Real Estate Professions, supported by the newspaper “O Estado de São Paulo”. Lopes was awarded in the Institutional category twice, in 2008 with the Lopes expansion case: “Lopes in 10 months, 10 states plus the Federal District” and, in 2012, for its Yearbook of the Brazilian Real Estate Market 2011.

In 2012, CrediPronto was the winner in the category “Best in Electronic Document Management” at the VII Banking Report Award, highlighting the agility in contracting real estate financing.

In 2012 and 2013, CrediPronto was elected the winner in the category CRM – Real Estate Credit – Case “Implementation of CRM system: Innovation and technology in the clouds in the process of selling and contracting real estate financing”
